To maintain the natural colour and shine of silver, and to avoid oxidation or tarnishing, gently clean your silver jewellery regularly with an Annoushka polishing cloth.
After time, your jewellery may require ultrasonic cleaning. This is a process whereby the item is placed in a pool of vibrating warm water and the ripples extract any hidden dirt within the setting, which can also cause a dull appearance.
Silver is a relatively delicate metal, and is susceptible to damage from chlorine. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your silver jewellery. Therefore, avoid wearing silver jewellery when using chlorine or bleach, or while in a pool or hot tub.
