How to order
Ordering online from ‘Annoushka’ is quick and easy. Details of how to use the website and place an order are set out below. However, if you experience any difficulty or you would like to discuss your order with a member of our customer services team, email gwen@annoushka.com or call +44 (0)20 7881 5810, and she will be very happy to assist you.
To browse our jewellery collections, you can either:
Use the menu along the top of the screen to navigate to the jewellery categories or collections you want to view;
Or use the ‘search’ facility in the top right hand corner of the screen - simply enter your search term such as ‘pearls’ and then click ‘Go’ and the results will appear on the screen.
When you have found a piece of jewellery that you would like to purchase, select the quantity you require, and if applicable, specify the size. Then click on the ‘Buy this piece’ button.
To view the pieces in your shopping bag, click on the ‘Shopping bag’ text located on the top right hand corner of the screen, below the search box.
Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘Shopping bag’. If you have a promotional code, enter it here. Then select ‘Proceed to checkout’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
When prompted, complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive email confirmation of your order.
