Delivery Information
All of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Only one delivery charge will be applied to your order, providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, and notification of the dispatch is sent to you by email. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item arrives back in stock, and send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent.
All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address) or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Standard Delivery
Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £6.00
All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address), or where someone can sign on your behalf. In the event that no one is available to sign for a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item redelivered at a later date, or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Please then allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Express Delivery
Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £10.00
If your order is received and payment cleared before 1pm Monday to Friday, your items will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service the next day. Orders placed and cleared before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 1pm. We try to despatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

London Same Day Delivery
Delivery to certain London addresses costs £15.00
We offer a same day delivery service to the following postal codes: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, WC1, WC2, SE1, N1, NW1, W1, W2 and SW1.
Orders must be received and payment cleared by 1pm for London Same Day delivery.
Please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address).
International Delivery
Delivery overseas costs £15.00 to Europe and £20.00 to the rest of the world.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs delays. Please note that Annoushka Jewellery cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (15%) will be removed from your order at checkout.
