It’s that time of year again when you feel ready to embrace the scarf around your neck. With all the complaints of the weather turning towards winter and rain threatening to dampen our moods, here at Annoushka we can’t help but take up every ounce of the festive feeling. Our Christmas lights are officially up, along with some other favourites amongst the Kings Road, we have our ideas for Christmas presents at the ready and of course, it’s almost bonfire night! The perfect excuse to be outdoors with the entire family and take in all the beauty of the UK skyline as it is decorated with colourful explosions, forcing you to stop, relax and let out sounds of oohs and aahs.
Our recommendation for this year is that if you can, you should get out of London and enjoy the fireworks display at Lewes, rated one of the best in the UK with an estimated 40,000 spectators last year. If you remain in London for the evening there are fabulous displays at Kingston for the Friday night and Battersea Park on the Saturday. Wherever you end up, we wish you a safe and fun evening.
